3. Services Provided
We provide high-speed, low-latency, and affordable satellite internet services across Georgia. However, services are not available in the temporarily occupied regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia due to the unavailability of Starlink coverage.
4. Contracts
Our services are offered under fixed-term agreements. The terms of the contract, including duration, pricing, and conditions for renewal, are outlined in your service agreement.
5. Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with Georgian law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days from the date of signing without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing during the cooling-off period.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices include VAT.
Payment is required on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified in your contract.
Any billing disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and address disputes promptly.
7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by providing the required notice as specified in the service agreement.
Early termination fees may apply if the contract is ended before its fixed term, as outlined in your agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Customer Obligations
Customers must ensure that any equipment provided by AEON LLC is used appropriately and not tampered with.
The service must not be used for illegal activities or purposes prohibited by Georgian law.
9. Liability
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party disruptions.
While we strive to provide reliable services, AEON LLC disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
AEON LLC collects minimal data necessary to provide and improve our services. All data collection complies with Georgian data protection laws.
No sensitive personal data is collected, and all information is handled in compliance with applicable regulations.
In the event of a data breach, no mandatory reporting is required due to the anonymized nature of the data.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of Georgian courts.
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
AEON LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or other suitable means.
Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Language
These Terms and Conditions are provided in Georgian. In the event of translations, the Georgian version will take precedence.
